      NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Hardware Program Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced Silicon Solution Group. With our invention of the GPU, we set the stage for advances in the field of artificial intelligence, computer vision, and medical research.       What you will be doing:

      • Own the collaboration across various Silicon Solution functions responsible for chip productization with arch, design, software, firmware, operations, and product teams for successful completion of projects

      • Work with global software, board design, and chip design teams to quickly enable, analyze and debug the SSG HW farm infrastructure

      • Collaborate with global chip leads to accomplish chip milestones at Speed of Light

      • Drive scheduling, equipment, and materials logistics for silicon bring-up activities to achieve near-perfect execution of ambitious NPI schedules!

      • Own the development and deployment of advanced thermal solutions for consumer and auto grade qualifications by partnering with external vendors

      • Track all program management key metrics involved and drive continuous improvement

      What we need to see:

      • B. Tech or M. Tech in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

      • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with 2-3 years in Project or Program Management across geographies

      • Prior experience with silicon bring-up, validation, and productization

      • Strong familiarity with HW lab environment and understanding of lab equipment

      • Self-starter with strong skills in multi-tasking, influencing, communication, presentation, and consensus building

      • Enthusiastic, responsive, and keen on process improvement

      • Able to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful

      • Proven ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts
