What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead technology projects from conception to execution, including gathering requirements, managing software design and development activities, and assisting with change control
- Serve as a primary contact for managing new project requests and act as a liaison with cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and develop high-level system narratives and use cases
- Coordinate the development of detailed functional design specifications
- Develop project estimates, schedules, and budgets, and ensure software quality assurance standards are achieved
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business/Economics, or a related field
- 3 years of project management experience, including evaluation and estimation of high-risk initiatives
- 3 years of experience focusing on IT technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage project teams and overcome obstacles
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
