Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance and support.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
Conduct training and development for technical staff.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met.
Possess a strong understanding of technical aspects related to the project, such as software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes.
Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Allocate and manage the resources required for a project, including personnel, hardware, software (inc. licenses), and budget.
Optimize resource utilization to meet project goals efficiently.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
Complete post-project assessments to pinpoint lessons learned and opportunities for enhancement.
Leverage these insights to refine forthcoming project management procedures and methodologies.
Participate in training programs offered through corporate learning platforms or other relevant
6+ years of Technical Project Management experience
Previous knowledge of Hotels is a plus
Background in Systems or DevOps is an asset
SAFe and Agile Methodology Knowledge
PMP
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira and/or Rally
Advanced skills with collaboration and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Technical Project ManagerJob Title
Summary of the Role:
Lead the Project team through the definition and planning phases and then monitor and control technical projects to completion using Project Management methodology. You will be dedicated to supporting the scope and managing the deliverables under stability and security portfolio. The initiatives under this portfolio are guided by the strategic framework established by our R&D and Security directives. In this role you will be the ambassador of our technical roadmap. The ideal candidate have strong background with Amadeus (business knowledge), technical expertise (experience in cloud migration, DevOps, SREs), project management skills (budget, scope, schedule management), and leadership abilities to drive and lead the IT initiatives. This role requires a proactive thought leader with excellent analytical and planning skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate a dynamic and environment through proactive collaboration. As you will be working with global teams, you will help organize teams around common vision and implement common ways of working to achieve the goals.
