What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and manage assigned technical projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and quality completion
- Lead the technical project team to gather necessary information and stakeholder requirements
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status and progress
- Schedule and lead meetings/scrum ceremonies, documenting information and communicating action items
- Serve as the main contact for vendors and stakeholders, managing communications and resolving issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and knowledge of Agile Project Management processes
- Proven track record of managing and leading technical projects through the project lifecycle
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with vendors, peers, stakeholders, and management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMP, CSM, or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in technology and/or IT field, particularly in continuous integration or delivery
- Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management tools
- Technical, analytical, computer, and problem-solving skills
