What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects related to emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Transform the Strategic Digital Transformation Roadmap to enhance consumer and patient access
- Modernize and align specialized resources, priorities, and processes to achieve project goals
- Ensure timely completion and quality of work produced by project teams, including change management
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in technology project management, or 6 years of equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing concurrent projects of varying complexity and scale
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including senior leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Projects
- Self-motivated and adept at multitasking with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and practices
