What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects related to emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives
- Transform the Strategic Digital Transformation Roadmap to enhance consumer and patient access
- Oversee the modernization and alignment of resources, processes, and skills for project success
- Ensure timely completion and quality of work produced by project teams, including change management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, stakeholders, and technical staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology project management or 8 years of equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing concurrent projects of varying complexity and scale
- Strong leadership skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Projects
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in healthcare-related technology project management
