What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate work with multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Product Management, R&D, Operations) to drive and deliver technical projects
- Work directly with key customers on technical development projects
- Maintain project plans and associated work products, including Work Instructions, Flow Charts, and Technical Data
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and customer support
- Gather feedback from sales and end users to maximize the value of deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year college or equivalent experience in project management and/or technical development
- Experience with writing technical documents
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 50%

- Previous experience in the ink industry
