      LTD (Logic Technology Development) creates the next generation of technologies that will touch the lives of people the world over for decades to come. We are looking for communications leaders to craft and deploy our internal and external communications strategy.

      The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

      • Defining and implementing clear goals and strategy that furthers cultural and operational implementations.
      • Supporting our many programs through creation of materials and ensuring delivery through multiple internal channels such as emails, articles, newsletters, social network and digital signs.
      • Designing and managing virtual/hybrid/physical event production.
      • Assisting managers and leaders in crafting and communicating clear messages, reviewing materials intended for internal and external release to ensure that they represent the best interests of the group as well as Intel and are consistent with the established company public relations objectives and policies.
      • Developing new creative storytelling platforms to effectively communicate with team members.


      Candidates for this role will possess an exceptional written communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into their simplest components and communicate with clarity across a diverse audience. They will be adept at developing a clear and compelling platform that energizes, excites, and motivates our highly technical audience.

      The successful candidate will demonstrate:

      • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong collaboration and networking skills coupled with the ability to work across teams and organization.
      • Fast Self-learner with the capability to support general managers (GMs), Vice Presidents (VPs) and senior staff members.
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      • Strang Graphics Skills
      • Excellent social media knowledge and skills

      This position is hybrid and primary location is in Hillsboro, OR.

      Qualifications:

      You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in Employee or Corporate internal or external Communications, Executive Communications, Public Relations, or Writing and Editing.


      Preferred Qualifications:

      • MS or higher in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
      • Experience in technical communications, a technical background or a technical degree is a plus.
      • Experience with Semiconductor process.
      • Video editing tools (ie: Adobe Premier)

      Work Model for this Role

      This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
