      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the charge for product quality by defining and overseeing testing goals across the entire product
      - Manage vendor relationships, ensuring effective coordination with external QA partners
      - Establish and write exemplary test planning standards while coaching the team on effective testing practices
      - Champion AI-driven testing by collaborating with developers and the AI research group to enhance automated testing processes
      - Empower team members to take ownership of quality by providing guidance on best practices in testing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in writing comprehensive and effective test plans
      - Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external QA partners
      - Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs for automating tasks and enhancing productivity
      - Hands-on experience in test execution, including finding repro steps and running effective tests
      - Strategic understanding of quality, iteration speed, and the ROI of testing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Software engineering skills, including coding and debugging capabilities
      - Background in release management with strong opinions on shipping cadence and processes
      - Experience working with LLMs in a pipeline
