- Manage the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to offers for multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Build and maintain a high-quality, diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate on compelling, inclusive job descriptions and candidate messaging that reflect the brand and values.
- Use data to report to identify trends and continuously optimize the recruiting process.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by being responsive, transparent, and thoughtful every step of the way.
- Coach and guide hiring managers on interviewing best practices to support equitable hiring decisions.
- Support occasional non-technical hiring efforts as needed
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- A track record of hiring for technical roles in engineering, DevOps, product, or related domains.
- Confidence navigating global time zones and collaborating across distributed teams.
- Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers and technical leaders.
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.

As the sole Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the team's ambitious growth plans, focusing on attracting and hiring top-tier engineers. Someone with excellent organization skills and previous experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growth startup is a must. This is a remote role. 120-140K+ DOE + benefits, 401k, flexible PTO, and wellness & tech stipend!
