What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and meet recruitment goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for key positions
- Conduct market research on candidate data to identify talent trends and target pools
- Utilize advanced talent sourcing techniques and tools to attract candidates
- Design creative job postings and represent the employer professionally on social media
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment focused on technology sectors
- Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, HR partners, and clients
- Excellent project management skills, including critical thinking and effective communication
- Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to understand various business functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in both in-house and agency recruitment settings
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proven ability to develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated experience negotiating salary terms and managing candidate slates
- Knowledge of diverse talent sourcing techniques and tools
