What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute strategic recruitment plans to source top-tier technical contractors for federal government contracts
- Identify, screen, and qualify candidates with expertise in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, intelligence, and other technical fields
- Maintain a strong pipeline of cleared professionals to support upcoming and active government contracts
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including outreach, interviewing, and offer negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on federal government contracting
- Strong knowledge of DoD and federal agency requirements, including security clearance processes
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System, ICIMS preferred, and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting 8(a), SDVOSB, or Native American-owned government contractors
- Knowledge of compensation structures for government contracts
- Familiarity with GSA schedules and subcontractor agreements
