What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Partner closely with hiring managers to align priorities and timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies
- Knowledge of the Mexican tech market and compensation trends
- Fluency in English
- Strong ownership, fast-paced execution, and clear communication skills
