      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the partnership with the Head of Engineering and CTO on hiring priorities
      - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on sourcing strategies for technical talent
      - Actively source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates for fit
      - Collaborate with the team to expand and elevate top-of-funnel recruiting strategies
      - Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry
      - Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for fit
      - Strong tech and industry knowledge relevant to niche technical roles
      - Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills to communicate across all organization levels
      - Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn and alternative techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Past experience as a sourcer is a plus
      - Expertise in leveraging tools like Gem and Greenhouse for metrics and talent pipelines
      - Experience managing complex technical roles
