      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions
      - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
      - Utilize various sourcing channels, including Boolean searches and social media platforms, to attract candidates
      - Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles in engineering, product, and IT

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare technology sector
      - Proven ability to recruit across a variety of technical roles, including Software Engineers and Product Managers
      - Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
