What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and draft detailed job descriptions
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and monitor candidate pipeline progression
- Conduct first-round interviews and recommend next steps to hiring managers
- Administer assessments and reference checks prior to hiring
- Create staffing metrics to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of recruiting experience in Managed Services, Colocation, Cloud, and Development
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in the Information Technology or Data Center industry
- Strong customer service skills, with a positive attitude towards both internal and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with applicant tracking software programs, particularly Talent Reef
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Effective negotiating skills
- Ability to travel when necessary (less than 25%)
- Proactive and independent problem-solving abilities
