What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the complete recruitment process for technical positions
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on technical recruiting for AEC Firm
- Certified Human Resources Professional and/or Certified Professional Recruiter
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with diverse recruiting initiatives and outreach to underrepresented groups
- Familiarity with federal contracting requirements and compliance regulations
- Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools
- Must lawfully reside in the United States and be eligible for employment
