What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering and technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Identify, evaluate, and engage elite technical candidates, including top performers from competitions and leading startups
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines to support fast-paced hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with founders on hiring strategy, team composition, and role definition
- Drive improvements in recruitment processes, metrics, and candidate experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for engineering or highly technical roles
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing elite technical talent
- Strong technical literacy and ability to engage with candidates on deep technical topics
- Established network within the startup and engineering communities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience running independent full-cycle recruiting processes from start to finish
- Preference for in-office candidates, though exceptional remote candidates may be considered
