Diriger la gestion des relations techniques à long terme avec les partenaires clés, y compris des communications régulières pour examiner les mises à niveau, les versions à venir, l’adoption de nouvelles API et l’état de l’intégration et des processus
Travailler avec nos gestionnaires de comptes de connectivité et notre équipe responsable de la gestion de l’intégration et de l’engagement (Integration Engagement Management) pour assurer une configuration optimale des systèmes pour les fournisseurs nouveaux et existants; travailler avec d’autres équipes de gestion des comptes d’Expedia Group pour fournir le même service aux partenaires des chaînes, aux partenaires mondiaux et aux partenaires clés en Amérique avec des logiciels propriétaires ou tiers, y compris le soutien et les recommandations avant la vente, ainsi que la formation des partenaires après l’intégration
Servir de personne-ressource technique pour les partenaires internes et externes, en devenant un guide fonctionnel pour les systèmes des partenaires et les API d’Expedia Group

Mener des analyses approfondies et des recherches techniques pour fournir des solutions créatives aux problèmes techniques; surveiller les indicateurs techniques comme l’utilisation de l’API et les taux de réussite et veiller à la résolution des erreurs conformément aux accords sur les niveaux de service des partenaires
Obtenir les exigences du produit auprès des partenaires de connectivité
Assister à des réunions avec les clients et à des événements du secteur
De 4 à 6 années d’expérience solide en gestion de comptes techniques, en génie de la vente ou dans un rôle similaire comprenant la communication avec des partenaires
Intérêt pour l’encadrement des autres et désir de le faire; aptitude à conseiller et à aider les autres à développer leurs compétences et leurs capacités
Le ou la titulaire de ce poste possède une solide compréhension technique des intégrations Internet modernes reposant sur XML, GraphQL, les protocoles Internet, le transfert de données, l’intégrité et la sécurité des données, ainsi que les pratiques exemplaires en matière de conformité du traitement des paiements et des données. Les candidats sans une telle expérience ne seront pas considérés
Expérience approfondie en gestion de projets, avec une forte capacité à bâtir des relations commerciales, à décrire les situations techniques de façon optimale à un groupe diversifié d’équipes et de partenaires
Fortes compétences en leadership; capacité à travailler en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs et résoudre les problèmes, capacité à hiérarchiser les projets et les initiatives simultanément
Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles ; expérience avérée dans la gestion d’équipes et de partenaires divers et internationaux; expérience dans la création d’ententes et de partenariats et un sens commun de l’objectif, en particulier lorsqu’il s’agit d’approcher les autres et d’essayer de les convaincre

Lead long-term technical relationship management for key partners including regular contact to review upgrades, upcoming releases, new API adoption, and health of integration and processes
Work with our Connectivity Account Managers and Integration Engagement Management to ensure optimum systems setup for new and existing provider; work with other EG Account Management teams to provide the same for Chains, Global and Key Partners within the AMER region with proprietary or third party software, including pre-sales support and recommendations, as well as post-integration partner training
Serve as technical point of contact for both internal and external partners, becoming a functional guide on both partner systems and EG APIs
Own processes improvements and maintain feedback loops, to ensure the voice of the partner is heard when developing new connectivity products. Mentor team members on process and standard methodologies
Drive deep analysis and technical research to provide creative solutions to technical problems; monitor technical metrics as API usage and success rates and ensure error resolution within partner-facing SLAs
Gain product requirements from Connectivity Partners
Attend client meetings and industry events
4-6 years of Strong Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or similar experience in a partner-facing role
Curiosity about and desire to mentor others; skill at advising, and helping others in developing their skills and abilities
Strong technical understanding of modern web integrations using XML, GraphQL, internet protocols, data transfer, data integrity and security, and payment and data processing compliancy good practices. Candidates without this experience will not be considered
Proficient experience in project management with strong ability to grow business relationships, describing technical situations optimally to a diverse group of teams and partner
Strong leadership skills. Work across teams, to achieve goals and resolve issues, ability to prioritize projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication/interpersonal skills; proven experience dealing with diverse and international teams and partners, experience at building agreement and partnership and a unified sense of purpose, particularly in approaching others and trying to persuade them as well
A flexible, hands-on approach with strong initiative and motivation to work in a constantly evolving environment, mastering changes to technology and product

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $ 112,000 to $156,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $179,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $103,000 to $144,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $165,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $ 112,000 to $156,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $179,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
The total cash range for this position in Montreal is $83,000.00 to $116,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $133,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
