What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead field support efforts for the employer at Specialty Running Accounts and Non-Specialty accounts within the territory
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots events
- Manage implementation of POS programs to align with brand standards
- Educate and motivate retailers and consumers about the employer's technology and product leadership
- Provide feedback and analysis via bi-weekly field reports to identify new growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Retail Management preferred
- 1 – 3 years of retail, marketing, or sales experience within the sports industry preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French, and English
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and product merchandising
