What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of a robust Process Safety Management (PSM) program across manufacturing sites
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards in utilities and services areas
- Serve as a liaison between Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
- Conduct gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities and implement risk assessment methodologies
- Oversee training and emergency response systems related to ammonia operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in process safety management within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience managing ammonia refrigeration systems and their safety programs
- Demonstrated leadership in utilities and services safety, including electricity, gas, and pressure vessel safety
- Familiarity with PSM regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA PSM, EPA RMP)

- Expertise in risk management methodologies and processing safety tools
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Previous experience in a technical safety management role within the food manufacturing industry
