What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and develop new accounts while effectively managing existing accounts
- Present to small and large audiences, including C-suite executives and production managers
- Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business effectively
- Collaborate with the East Region sales team to drive business growth in your territory
- Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction through independent work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in technical sales, with a preference for analytical instruments sales
- Strong written and oral communication skills, along with presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering is preferred
- Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%) and possession of a valid driver's license and passport
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales role within the high-precision measuring instruments industry
- Familiarity with generating proposals and closing business in a technical field
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
- Experience presenting to executive-level audiences
