What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate contact with target customers and implement lead generation strategies to expand market reach

- Collaborate with sales representatives to nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate communication between U.S.-based customers and project management teams at the German HQ
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in consultative technical sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, business administration, or a related field
- Ability to effectively sell complex products requiring detailed technical explanations
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills with well-organized work habits
- Experience in a global or international setting, including cross-cultural collaboration
