      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage relationships with end-user customers to assure retention and drive new business opportunities
      - Optimize sales through distributor channel partners with joint calls and technical product support
      - Conduct territory planning and manage sales administrative activities
      - Engage in significant travel (50-60%) within the Minneapolis Metro Area to meet customer needs
      - Utilize technical aptitude to provide consultative solutions and support to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of proven successful territory or regional sales experience in a technical, consultative sales role
      - Strong technical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment
      - Proven skills in qualifying, demonstrating, and influencing customers
      - Ability to work independently from a home or virtual office environment
      - Knowledge and experience in metal cutting solutions
