      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the water treatment market
      - Provide technical expertise and support to customers and team members
      - Create and present technical proposals and solutions
      - Establish and nurture long-term client relationships and navigate contract negotiations
      - Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance product offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical sales and/or technical support
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (chemical, industrial, or mechanical)
      - Knowledge of water treatment, reverse osmosis systems, and filtration technologies
      - Background in field service related to water treatment systems
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      - Strong understanding of water chemistry and treatment technologies
      - Proficiency with technology platforms such as Office 365, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively
      - Experience with CRM software and technical design tools
