      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop sales strategies and plans in collaboration with the Sepha Head of Sales and Internal Sepha sales team
      - Organize and attend key account meetings and meetings with distributors
      - Produce reports in a timely manner
      - Incremental growth in sales of Sepha products in the assigned territory
      - Territory mainly covers the West Coast to Mid-West regions of the US

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of outside sales/management experience in a business-to-business setting
      - Strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset
      - Excellent relationship-building skills and proven ability to close sales
      - Highly motivated and dedicated to achieving goals and performance metrics
      - Ability to learn and understand products and services
      - Four-year college degree, preferably in a technical field
      - Past experience with leak testing is preferable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing industry
      - Experience with packaging, deblistering, and inspection systems
      - Knowledge of marketing resources and advertising strategies
      - Technical proficiency with Sepha equipment and ability to discuss its function with customers
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
