What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and builders to promote LATICRETE products
- Conduct product knowledge training and hands-on demonstrations for customers
- Develop and regularly update a Territory Business Plan to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide technical support through job site visits and by resolving product-related issues
- Attend industry events and participate in ongoing skills development training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in Sales or the Construction industry
- Proven ability to build and cultivate long-term professional partnerships
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
