      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the spec-in activity of Advanced Materials products with energy OEMs and their respective tier suppliers
      - Implement action plans to facilitate the generation of end-use material approvals for Advanced Materials products
      - Provide domestic and global market intelligence to inform strategies and tactics for the Advanced Materials Division
      - Promote Advanced Materials division products internally and to external customers
      - Be available for on-call duties as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
      - Three (3) years of experience in the automotive, aerospace, and/or defense industry as an Application/Product Development Engineer, Materials Engineer, or Sales Engineer
      - Current, valid Driver's License
      - Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or Materials Engineering from an accredited university
      - Five (5) years of aerospace experience primarily in the area of materials engineering
      - Experience working with senior management of a large corporation
      - Understanding of Aerospace and/or Defense specification processes
      - Experience in technical support activities with customers
