      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide top-quality field technical sales support to customers in the pulp and paper industry
      - Grow and maintain direct end-user accounts and relationships while expanding existing accounts
      - Prospect and generate sales opportunities and leads to drive business growth
      - Connect with end-users, including engineers and technicians, to provide tailored solutions using the employer's products
      - Maintain CRM and other systems to manage customer and deal information effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma is required
      - Previous experience in the pulp and paper industry is required
      - A minimum of 2+ years of related experience in business-to-business industrial sales is preferred
      - Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial processes
      - Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary degree/diploma in a technical field or a combination of education and work experience
      - Knowledge of the IMPACT Sales Process
      - Strong presentation skills with experience in preparing professional PowerPoint decks
      - Valid passport, driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle
      - Demonstrated enthusiasm, optimism, passion, and a drive to win
