What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow key accounts within the industrial energy industry, focusing on mid-stream Oil & Gas and Industrial Gases
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the industrial, oil, and power sectors
- Understand the unique needs of each account and provide tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the energy industry
- Proven experience in industrial, oil, gas, petro, emission monitoring, water analyzers, and/or gas analyzers
- Proficiency in using SAP and Salesforce
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in B2B sales, territory sales, and outside sales
- Knowledge of various products in the energy sector, including liquids, chemicals, power, hydrogen, water, wastewater, and batteries
- Strong prospecting skills and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
