What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and facilitate the agile scrum process for multiple Scrum Teams delivering Business Intelligence and Analytical solutions
- Coach and mentor team members on scrum methodology and SAFe practices
- Ensure compliance with Agile Team rules and support the team's adoption of Built-In Quality practices
- Coordinate inter-team collaboration and prepare the team for ART activities such as PI Planning and System Demos
- Monitor and assess team metrics related to Quality, Productivity, and Innovation behaviors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence
- Proficiency in BI and cloud technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS, and SQL Server
- Agile Scrum Certifications (e.g., SAFe SSM, CSM, PMP-ACP)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools
- Strong instincts and enthusiasm for testing and quality objectives
- Proven ability to drive implementation and reporting of Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)
