Job Description

- 3–5+ years of experience in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, with hands-on experience in tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and JIRA.
- Strong ability to monitor, interpret, and act on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, site health, and Core Web Vitals.
- Demonstrated success working with technical, content, analytics, and engineering teams to execute SEO strategies and site migrations effectively.
- Support internal site migrations, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices throughout the process.
- Monitor and analyze key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and Google Search Console data.
- Track and optimize technical SEO health, including crawlability, indexation, and site error resolution (404s, 5xx, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Technical SEO team to support research, experimentation, and implementation of new initiatives.
- Partner with content SEO, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth execution of SEO strategies.
- Prioritize and manage the SEO quarterly backlog, focusing on site architecture, schema markup, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and AI-driven optimizations.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, JIRA, and Ahrefs
- In-depth knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies
- Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams across various disciplines
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, combined with effective project management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (ideal, however work experience can be a substitute)
