      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute the organization’s search engine optimization strategy aligned with business goals
      - Manage and contribute to all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO and on-page optimization
      - Lead the SEO team and manage the relationship with the SEO agency
      - Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify growth opportunities
      - Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure new content is SEO-friendly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, preferably in eCommerce or membership industries
      - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or equivalent experience
      - Proven ability to manage and execute high-impact SEO initiatives for large websites
      - Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and web analytics platforms
      - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and translate insights into action

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AI tools and chatbots for strategic SEO planning
      - Familiarity with firearms and the 2A community
      - Strong JavaScript knowledge for technical SEO implementations on code-heavy sites
      - Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - A hunger for continuous learning and improvement in the SEO field
