      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and service surface treatment customers in the Coil and General Industry
      - Provide first-line support to assigned customers, including routine service reports and technical troubleshooting
      - Gather and communicate customer needs and business trends to management
      - Coordinate with application engineering for line trials and resolution of customer inquiries
      - Maintain customer accounts in the CRM tool and build strong relationships with customers and distributors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum education: Associate's degree; BS/BA in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related area preferred
      - At least 5 years of relevant technical service, sales, or manufacturing experience, preferably in metal finishing
      - Ability to travel regionally, up to 50%, primarily around Mussel Shoals, Alabama, with occasional travel to Birmingham
      - Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
      - Strong self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning and customer maintenance
