      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical product support to distributors, dealers, and customers via phone, email, and chat
      - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and evaluate technical issues to determine repair support and warranty eligibility
      - Document case details and actions taken in the Customer Relations Management system
      - Communicate escalations and unresolved issues to senior technical support representatives
      - Assist dealers with warranty processing and component failure analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - 2-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
      - Experience with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments
      - Ability to complete Husqvarna University certifications within specified timeframes
      - Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to type at least 25 wpm

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of engine or mechanical experience in outdoor power equipment service support
      - Technical vocational degree in related engine technologies or servicing
      - Experience in a contact center environment
      - Bilingual in Spanish
