What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support via telephone, email, chat, and CRM for product-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and evaluate case information to determine repair support and warranty eligibility
- Record case details and actions taken in the CRM system
- Assist dealers with warranty processing and component failure analysis
- Communicate unresolved technical incidents effectively to senior representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of engine or mechanical experience
- Experience with electronic parts lookup systems and technical information environments
- Ability to complete Husqvarna University bronze certification within 12 months and silver & gold certifications within 24 months
- Basic/entry-level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in outdoor power equipment service support
- 2-year technical vocational degree in related engine technologies and/or servicing
- Previous experience in a contact center environment
- Bilingual in Spanish
