      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct tests on instruments, mechanical components, and electronic devices to verify or calibrate for correct operation
      - Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment by conversing with operators and replacing defective components
      - Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to company specifications and quality standards
      - Provide training to users on operation, maintenance, and warranty issues
      - Prepare and present detailed quotes, agreements, and service reports including pricing and payment terms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or vocational technical school, with electrical and mechanical training or two years related technology support experience
      - Experience reading schematics and working with high voltage equipment and electrical devices
      - Demonstrated mathematical aptitude applicable to problem-solving needs for clients
      - Proficient with MS Office and capable of navigating through systems and applications
      - Valid driver's license required; may also require a valid passport
