      Technical Services Manager

      Hybrid Working - North and Scotland Region | Property | Permanent | Full Time

      Due to the geographical requirement of this role, you will be based in or willing to relocate to the North and Scotland.

      Competitive salary, depending on experience + Car allowance

      As a Technical Service Manager, you’ll bring the experience of working within an FM environment, be able to support maintenance tasks within a number of buildings, and work as part of a busy property team. We’ll need you to be able to make quick and accurate decisions to support a number of maintenance issues when they occur and give sound technical advice to the engineers that you are supporting. In addition, you’ll be responsible for the overall Technical and Facility management and delivery of the Nuffield Health’s maintenance & refurbishment programmes to all sites within a Group Property Region.


      As a Technical Service Manager, you’ll manage your own working week by supporting sites face to face and use good communication skills via Teams and email to ensure the engineers are fully updated and compliant.

      As our Technical Services Manager, you will:

      • Support and mentor the NH Site Operations teams in the proactive management and maintenance of their sites
      • Management of internal and external service providers to ensure that PPM services, statutory compliance and refurbishment projects are delivered to time, budget and quality.
      • Provide detailed technical support to specifically allocated sites.
      • General support to the Property and Procurement Department and Regional Operations Managers / Directors on all Technical related matters
