      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate current technology landscape to ensure tools support required workflows and reporting
      - Review compliance lifecycle and identify automation potential for risk management
      - Inventory applications and assess integration capacity with GRC and enterprise systems
      - Recommend and design technology solutions to improve compliance operations
      - Develop technology acceleration recommendations and implementation roadmaps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
      - 7+ years of federal IT modernization experience focused on compliance and governance technologies
      - Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, and stakeholder management
      - Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
      - Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
      - GRC Solution expertise
      - Familiarity with law enforcement technology requirements and security protocols
      - Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
