  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design creative top-of-funnel strategies and build trusted partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers
  - Generate and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, flexing between high volume and niche specialized roles
  - Use talent maps, data, and funnel metrics to inform sourcing strategies and proactively identify bottlenecks
  - Effectively pitch passive talent on the employer opportunity through tailored and creative messaging
  - Organize recruiting initiatives to generate leads and build processes for engaging passive talent
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sourcing, specifically building high volume pipelines for software engineering
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  - Proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease
  - Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Gem, and Greenhouse
  - Data-oriented with strong attention to detail, comfortable pulling data and metrics
