      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify and attract top technical talent, specifically software engineers
      - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to tracking and managing their progress
      - Prioritize and oversee multiple searches and projects simultaneously
      - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure recruitment needs are met
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruiting needs and develop effective strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8 years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting, or 8+ years of non-technical sourcing recruiter experience in a corporate setting
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Strong experience with Boolean search techniques
      - Proficient in using ATS/CTS for candidate sourcing and management
      - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and client relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in recruiting for software engineering roles
      - Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and tools
      - Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment
