What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source a diverse pipeline of high-caliber technical talent, focusing initially on Research roles
- Collaborate with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies
- Develop and implement talent strategies and outreach content to enhance team effectiveness
- Manage candidate experience, ensuring a positive journey for all applicants
- Maintain a high-performance recruiting process that emphasizes quality and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on sourcing top technical talent (PhD/scientist/research talent preferred)
- Proven ability to contribute to team-level recruiting processes and institutional knowledge
- Strong desire to work within diverse and highly skilled teams
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States
