- Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies targeting exceptional talent in AI, machine learning, engineering, and related technical and non-technical domains.
- Manage a team of technical and non-technical sourcers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance development.
- Lead, set clear guidelines, coach and develop a team of sourcers.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both current and anticipated hiring needs across multiple functions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools, social media platforms, professional networks, and innovative outreach techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and strategic hiring objectives.
- Create and implement targeted sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill technical and leadership positions.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine sourcing approaches and improve candidate quality.
- Develop and track key sourcing metrics, including candidate engagement rates, source of hire, and pipeline diversity.
- Implement and manage employee referral programs to enhance internal talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, technology recruitment, and innovative sourcing methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience in technical and non-technical sourcing, with a proven track record in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of the AI and technology talent landscape.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates in technical roles.
- Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience managing and developing sourcing teams.
- Strong understanding of technical job markets, compensation trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience recruiting in AI, machine learning, or high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated success in scaling recruiting teams.
- Proficiency in recruiting technologies and ATS systems (Greenhouse + Gem).
- Background in technical assessment and interview methodology design.

With our recent Series F round, we're accelerating the abundance of frontier data to pave the road to Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), and building upon our model deployment and evaluation platforms to bring and apply AI to both enterprises and governments.
We're looking for a Sourcing Manager to drive sourcing initiatives across Scale's highest priority roles globally. The Sourcing Manager will be a critical player in our talent acquisition strategy, responsible for developing and implementing proactive sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent in the competitive AI and technology landscape. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
