What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support by fielding customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Handle customer questions regarding warranty information and orders for parts
- Troubleshoot problems related to water heaters
- Maintain confidentiality while managing customer information sensitively
- Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable using desktop computer systems with general knowledge of Windows-based systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required
