      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, troubleshoot, document, resolve, and escalate hardware and software issues via CRM
      - Communicate with customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, casework, and chats
      - Maintain individual and team SLAs/KPIs to ensure timely resolution of issues
      - Collaborate with senior team members and internal teams to address ongoing issues
      - Make recommendations on business processes and technical tools for team improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software and hardware troubleshooting or development
      - Strong communication skills via phone, verbal, and written
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude
      - Willingness to occasionally work evening or weekend hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS
      - Familiarity with CRM casing software and troubleshooting mobile or wireless communications
      - Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
      - Experience using SQL, XML, HTML, Scripting, and tools like Jira/Confluence
      - Background in operations within the transportation industry
