      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level technical support to customers using ticketing and live chat systems
      - Troubleshoot complex issues and adapt solutions based on customer context
      - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-facing issues and document changes
      - Contribute to a customer-facing knowledge base to facilitate self-service resolution
      - Assist the Customer Success team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and customer requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience
      - Relevant experience in a customer-facing support role with cloud-based or server-based products
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
      - High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of digital forensics and/or Magnet Forensics products
      - Familiarity with AWS & Azure
      - Experience with third-party EDR tools (Crowdstrike, Jamf, Intune, SCCM, etc.)
      - Previous examples of demonstrating Magnet CODE principles in past roles
