What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers and partners via email, phone, and screen shares
- Respond with professional updates to customers within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver timely resolutions
- Create, maintain, and publish articles for the employer’s Knowledge Base
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering regarding defects and enhancement requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Passionate customer orientation and dedication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize based on customer SLAs
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, Oracle and MS SQL Server databases, SQL queries, and networking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IIS, Browser/Dev Tools, API, and REST calls
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries
- Understanding of authentication technologies and services (OAuth, SSO, IDPs, SAML)
