What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for Twilio’s Programmable Messaging product through email, phone, and chat
- Assist customers with troubleshooting message deliverability issues and debugging code
- Guide customers through the development of their SMS applications
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and report bugs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and Twilio's product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing technical role, preferably with REST API or enterprise software support
- Strong understanding of web technology stacks
- Proficient in general-purpose programming languages
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Twilio products
- Coding experience, particularly in reading and debugging
- Previous experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems
