      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide in-depth technical support via support tickets and Slack messages, resolving complex user-reported issues
      - Debug, reproduce, and troubleshoot software bugs and usability problems
      - Design and build internal tools and automations to scale support operations
      - Represent the employer in technical conversations with enterprise users and developers
      - Maintain and expand user-facing documentation and internal knowledge bases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in technical support, software engineering, or a related technical role
      - Strong understanding of software development workflows; experience with IDEs, LLMs, and building with AI
      - Strong debugging skills and a passion for addressing technical problems
      - Clear, concise communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action

      - Familiarity with automation tools and processes to improve support efficiency
