      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate directly with customers through the Support Center, providing assistance and resolving technical issues
      - Triage support tickets and work on process improvement initiatives
      - Conduct regular touchpoints with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance customer experience
      - Assist new and existing customers in utilizing the product effectively and achieving their business goals
      - Advocate for customer needs to drive product improvements based on feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Located in the UK or Ireland
      - Experience in a technical support role and/or customer-facing role
      - Familiarity with providing live channel support
      - Understanding of basic programming concepts (API, variables, if-else statements, loops)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous work experience for a SaaS company or familiarity with technical platforms
      - Experience in the Marketing Automation industry or supporting email marketing/business communication tools
      - Knowledge of Javascript is a plus
      - Strong motivation and self-starter attitude
      - Passion for learning and curiosity in technical problem-solving
